The funny thing is I still keep my quest 1 🤣 so I'm just waiting for quest 3. The reason why I did not got Quest 2 is because I had got Quest 1 at the same year as the release of quest 2 and got cheated. I'm gunning for the quest 3 no matter what 😎

I’m waiting for the Quest 3 to get into VR. I know it’ll be at least another year wait but by the next system, it will be lighter, thinner, and there will be more legitimate games on there as opposed to mere tech demos.

Yeah I think it's more possible for AR like ordinal scale vs full dive like with some of the stuff we have now. like we could use hand tracking with built in leap motion and inside out tracking together I think it could be possible. And I might do well if we use Google maps and stuff with it like Pokemon go but with a headset lol

Don't listen to this guy telling you to go and buy Quest 2..I bought it and got disappointed, it's FOV is pretty low and it's controllers are not comfortable and it's screen colors are meh and kinda off, the 3D depth effect of it is also not good and convincing (not as good as Quest 1 was), I ended up selling my Quest 2 after 2 months, save your money for Quest 3 or Cambria.

I would love to see the Quest 3 to come out and have controls for your feet for movement within games instead of the hand controls and using the analog sticks to do that, Snice quest 2 is capable in tracking your hands I think that would be so much better.

I disagree in that I think the next headset will have a much stronger processor. The Snapdragon xr2 was basically a snapdragon 865, a chip that came out all the way back in 2019. After the Quest 3 is released games will likely be developed so that they can run on both the Quest 2 and Quest 3 for a little while but before too long they will likely move on from the Quest 2 as we have seen with the Quest 1.

My hopes quest 3 (some unrealistic) is better battery life, sturdier head strap, google chrome app, built in rechargeable hand controllers (optional), ability to use in dark when in stationary mode, data plan option, etc 🙏🏽

My prediction/wish is it will have faster Wifi. Also, more and faster storage to make Meta-verse more viable. Would not mind better display and better gpu.
