If you have heard people mention that you look older, it may come down to certain factors including your lifestyle that determine your physical appearance. These include things that you do not have any control over such as genetics, but a lot also depends on the choices you make which may have been impacting the way you age without you even knowing it.

If you constantly make bad choices or are forced into circumstances like being out in the sun for extended periods, your body may appear older than it is. These habits may make a difference in many things like the health of your skin, your cognitive health as well as your overall life expectancy. There are 2 main ways our bodies age, chronologically and biologically.

While your chronological date has to do with the number of years you have been alive, your biological age is determined mostly by your decisions.
