I will be making fudge brownies.
1 box fudge brownie mix.
1 cup cashew, or other nut.can leave out if nut allergy
1 cup mini marshmallow.
For hubby birthday, will make my special loaded brownies
1 box fudge brownie mix.
1 box devils food cake mix
1 package sweetened coconut flakes
Half package each chocolate chips
Toffee chips
Peanut butter chips
1 bag plain m&m
Heath or skor bars
Marichino cherries

I didn't make sweet potato casserole this year, just baked sweet potatoes instead. My casserole is very similar to yours except no eggs or vanilla. I use 1/2 C. melted butter, 1 t. cinnamon, dash of nutmeg and 1 C. evaporated milk. The topping is the same except 1/4 C. flour and I double it because if there is one speck not covered, there is grumbling. Bake at 350° for 45 min. sometimes longer. I'm going to use less milk next time and see if I can cut the baking time. Great tip! This was the easiest Thanksgiving ever except last week my husband dropped a lid on the glass cooktop creating a crack across the back burners. Then the built-in microwave that is also a convection oven went out! We bought a small countertop microwave and made do! Never a dull moment! Happy Thanksgiving!
