The amount of people confusing this with cars that hav a manual mode which just allows u to choose when the car shifts. The car will still shift itself if u don't but manual mode allows u to choose when it shifts. Kinda allowing u to extend the duration the car is in a specific gear.

Bro my grans ford fiesta has both manual and automatic I think bc u see the DNPR but also if u put the stick all the way up it goes into manual and there is a separate shifter and the car has 3 pedals
