STEPS

* Open command prompt as admin

TYPE COMMANDS GIVEN BELOW

-diskpart
-list disk
-select disk # [ # : Enter your Disk no. to format]
-clean
-create partition primary
-select partition # [ # : Enter your Disk no. to partition]
-active
-format fs=fat32 quick
-assign
-exit
\ Done /
/ Enjoy \

Have u fixed your USB/Pendrive using Diskpart ?

when i type create partition primary it says some error

but when I use clean command error msg. show  "DiskPart has encountered an error: The device is not ready.
See the System Event Log for more information."
