Take 99% isopropyl alcohol and dab it generously on the area. With a good grip, wiggle the connection joint slowly but firmly to get the IPA into any grooves or air pockets the glue has formed. Then take an Exacto Knife and slowly follow the groove of the joint with the tip, making sure only to cut the glue enough just to loosen it. For really tightly glued sections, use plenty of alcohol, try to get a good angle, and with the tip of the blade, use light strokes to cut until you’re able to get to spot where you can lightly pry it with the knife or even a spudger. You should be able to separate the parts with minimal to no damage. It’s a somewhat slow and meticulous process but has worked for me every time.

You can use acitone(nail polish remover) to remove the glue and iirc it’s non conductive

I'm new to the Quest 3. Didn't buy any games for it except for the free Gotham Shadow game that came with the headset. I take care of it the best I can but if it manages to break from normal usage is going to be my last Meta headset.

You can get a cotton swab and put isprophyl alchohol on the glue and it should free up
