Iowa Mom Strangled Her 5-Year-Old Daughter with Pajamas

A five-year-old Iowa girl was killed after being strangled by her mother in July 2018. Cloe Chandler was found unresponsive when officers responded to a 911 call at Kelsie Thomas’ house. She was taken to the hospital where she died. Thomas allegedly admitted to killing Cloe but the confession wasn’t enough to put her in prison for murder.
