HUGE RECOMMENDATION: Make sure your phone is on DND (Do Not Disturb) or whatver you prefer so you don't receive a phone call while you're in the middle of recording. This has happened to me 1 too many times

Thank you a million for this! All pragmatic and simplified for me to understand. I just started youtube (only 1 video posted) and this means the world to me. I have made note of everything you said and will apply. I had and have the issue of my video only filling the middle of the screen regardless of which ever app I used to resize it for youtube. I then realize I shot ALL my footage golding my phone vertically and not horizontally so my video appeal isn't very much. But I am trying not to be too hard on myself as I am a beginner. When I clicked on the video I thought I can learn more tips on how to better record without any additional addons but it seems like I still need a $200.00 lighting for video quality and a Microphone to enhance my audio.. 😅 The 4K with 30 fps was a nice tip though I appreciate that. But I’m not sure if the rest really helps my video recording format because it requires additional expenses. What are your suggestions when it comes to color grading your videos with Final Cut Pro or any other editing software? I’m sure there are a lot of content creators that are starting off that might not be able to get the items that was mentioned when starting off so do you suggest we boost the quality with color grading?
