“Being a good editor requires you to be emotionally detached from your footage.”

the most honest thing I’ve ever heard a youtuber say. Well done!

I know of several people who started YouTube Channels and stopped once they realized how much work goes into a 20 minute video. A proper 20 minute video takes hours to make. Great video and subject, marvelous job!!

I’ve been feeling anxious and over-thinking videos i want to make. Thank you so much for this! I don’t know if it was your intention, but by you showing a systematic process, it helps make me feel more inspired to make videos. Making a good YouTube video can feel overwhelming, but this process makes it feel like we can all do it too 😀

I love how as a Futur-follower you get to see how the individual members in the team grows and becomes successful in their discipline outside of the Futur. Once again thank you for the great content!

I'm not a video creator, but after watching this video and getting an inside look with the breakdown of the process, I definitely feel more empowered to take steps towards starting. Love the content Matt!

Thank you for the video. The biggest takeaway for me is this:

I have always dreamt of creating an educational YT channel but I have always been so insecure and scared of failing. Now I can see much much work it requires to produce a video that would attract some attention but still it didn't discourage me. I wish my students found my videos as visually pleasant as yours. I just love them and that's why I subscribe. Pure inspiration.

Love your high-quality content! I've watched all your videos so far and I can say without a doubt that I've been inspired to make lots of modifications to my room and desk set-up and apply similar systems! Also excellent taste in art, video-games and anime!
Always looking forward to your uploads!

You inspire me to keep getting better Matt! I appreciate the effort you put into all your videos - and thank you for giving us an insight into your workflow. I had to pause a bunch of times to take notes.

Most amateurs think that making a youtube video = taking your phone and shooting a video of yourself or whatever.
Its much more than that. It takes study of psychological editing, camera, shooting angles, lenses, script writing, storyboarding and finally editing.
This video tells you what it takes.

I knew that creating videos requires up front planning and it's not just point and shoot. I have watched ALOT of Youtube videos and after watching your content, you can tell the how much effort you put in them! Even though this is sponsored video, I like the concept behind it.
