Smasher with a lip on it? What a joke. Any smash enthusiast knows you need something _completely flat_ to get a proper lacy smash. This dude is making griddled diner burgers, and nothing more.

That was about a 14 second sear by my count. Also, I wonder if they will cook mine medium rare, the way beef should be.
