Its not the regular chicken satay that you ate jay, its padang satay that you ate which is a beef satay and part of padang cuisine which known as a curry power house of indonesia and its located in west sumatra province. The regular chicken satay is usually the 'madura style' satay and the sauce made from peanut sauce and sweet soy sauce, not the curry sauce one :D

Loving how you give presentation about our country, thank you Jay for coming and using Gojek apps, our state-owned enterprise Commuter line (PT KAI) on your journey. these are the most favourite public transportation in Jakarta.
