My First Day In Indonesia

Welcome to a new series from the lively city of Jakarta, Indonesia! The day began with a quick trip to the ATM to get some cash, followed by a stop to grab a bite to eat—I was starving and couldn’t wait to try some local food. Once refueled, I booked a bike and set off to explore the city.

My first stop was a mall, where I wandered around for a while, taking in the local atmosphere. After that, I continued exploring Jakarta, getting a real feel for the energy of the city. Later, I visited Sarinah Mall, where I spent time chatting with locals and discovering more about the area.

As the day came to an end, I headed back to my hostel, ready to rest up for the adventures that await tomorrow. Stay tuned for more as I continue my journey through Indonesia!
