My FIRST TIME in Modern JAKARTA (Unbelievable!) 🇮🇩

I had an amazing day discovering the most modern areas of Jakarta. The city's modernity and appeal pleasantly surprised me. I can't wait to dive deeper into the wonders of this megacity.

Jakarta is such a massive city with population of close to 11 million people. Don’t overlook Jakarta on your trip to Indonesia—many tourists miss out on this fascinating city!

I started my vlog journey near the SCBD Weekland, very chill street that has nice options of Indonesian street food. That's such a lovely way to start a video, with some nice local dishes.

At first stall I bought Avocado and milk drink that cost 30000 rupiah, it was actually pretty tasty, preparation was making me sketched out, but I guess I should've trusted the process. Drink was okay in the end, I wouldn't order it again, but worth a try.

Second shop I met this lovely Indonesia lady, she was so friendly and funny.
Her instagram is: dapoereya and when you go there from this video make sure you let her know haha. I will surely go back to support her business next time I'm back In Jakarta.

For the food I had some chicken noodles, actually tasted really good. And that lovely lady brought me some interesting tofu dish that was full of garlic! I loved it, so tasty.

After that I went around the explore modern parts of Jakarta, the area Is called Sudirman CBD.

First thing I noticed right away that it was very nice to walk there, there were so walk paths for pedestrians that is good to see in Jakarta, as many spots you have to walk next to road or some walkways need to get fixed, but as locals don't really walk that much maybe that's why it is not getting so much attention.

Next destination was super luxury mall called Pacific Place Mall, this place was just insane. It was one of the fanciest mall I've been to, there was even lady in elevator pressing buttons for you (I never seen that anywhere yet) It was full of luxury brands and there was even sailing boat inside the mall.

After that I continued my walk in modern Jakarta and I was very pleased to see how they have kept a lot of greenery there and I could feel that air quality was really nice there.

Must be the combination of trees and way less traffic in that area and it was also Sunday, Jakarta Car free day happens from 6 am until 11 am every Sunday.

If you like running make sure you go that area on Sunday as there wont be any cars over there so you can really run freely.

My final destination was Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, after I arrived there I was lucky to get on transporter car, it was fun ride to the main stadium.

Main stadium area was great for walking and it is also very popular for running for Jakarta locals, there are days where it is very busy, but that day it was quite slow. I guess people had their run earlier when there were no cars around at all.

It was such a cool day in modern parts of Jakarta quite different experience from my first day in Jakarta.

In case you want to visit Bandung, you can go to Saung Angklung Udjo (It takes about 30-40 minutes from Tegalluar train station). They have a bamboo factory where they make traditional musical instruments, art handicrafts, and much more.

a similar area in the Kuningan Epicentrum, there is a river in the middle of the city and is a good place to relax. Usually the stadium will be busy with people exercising in the afternoon when everyone has finished working and is enjoying the afternoon

Btw from Pacific place mall, u can go next Astha Mall beside Pacific place mall, the place also good n best view on the top...
And from stadium GBK, u can go next to Snayan Park Mall, satdiun Basket ball, and Garden senayan (that one area)..

And if u want xplore mall again, u can go to Kuningan City Mall area...and Epiventrum Mall area .. I think that's good area n cool..

Also dont forget to Grand indonesia Mall, Plaza Indonesia mall, and Astra Grapia, Sarinah Mall (thas one area), special for astra grapia mall that's inside in the tallest building in jkt, and if ur lucky u can go to upstairs floor with the permit from giuide/management, and u can see All of jkt from up its very cool

And if u want goto authentic building mall, u can goto MOI (mall of indonesia)

Btw dont forget to Monas, Istiqlal mosque (u must goto inside n feel love n freedom in inside mosque)

And if u want goto beach, u can goto Ancol (u must xplore this because very bigg area n many many good thing entertain, market, etc..) and than u can goto PIK 1/2...

And the last one in jkt u must gotp TMII/ taman mini indonesia Indah.. (this place very good n beautiful.. in TMII u can see all bout indonesia)

And FYI
As u know indonesia is paradise subscriber for youtubers.. and the biggest active netizen online inthe worl (almost 300millon using internet/watch YouTube, IG, etc..😅✌️

In Indonesia u can get one friend in one minute, the key u must say hello/make interaction/ask anything to peoples, couz we r very happy n open it.
