Vegan Crispy Shredded Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Seriously Delicious. Totally Vegan!

Ingredients:

* 1 pound Brussels Sprouts
* 2 tbsp Olive Oil
* 1-2 tsp Pink Sea Salt
* 1/4-1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (omit if you don’t like spice/heat)
* 1 tbsp Onion Powder
* 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
* 1/2-1tsp Black Pepper

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°
2. Cut bottoms of Brussels Sprouts and remove outer leaves
3. Place in food processor and pulse until shredded
4. Put shredded sprouts on baking sheet and add oil and all spices.
5. Toss together to mix well
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until desired crispiness
7. Enjoy!

These can be eaten as a side dish, used in salad, or used as a topper. Use however your heart desires.
