I filled 15 gallon water barrels with concrete and added an eye bolt to ratchet around

How do you price water barrels and do you fill them up at the place where the tent is being setup or have to be full at delivery?

Instead of hooking a strap at the top of the barrel build platforms out of plywood and put anchor points on them like I did and you don't have to worry about them tipping over like they will when you hook at the top.
