I'm going to build one so i can take a condenser water pump out of the ceiling since the lift i have won't allow me to get close enough

Put a pulley ( snatch block ) at the bottom where the hook currently is, and take the wire and hook to the top and double the lifting power, while lifting at half the speed rate .
This would also make the manual winding easier .

I made a similar gadget like that 30 yrs ago for lifting up cars, engines for
use on a wrecking yard in confined areas, it could only lift 950 kg +, still have it to this very day

I would place the rear wheels at least 5cm further back, because if you have to go uphill on a 15°+ slope you have to do it behind the goods.
