Charlie Cox on How DAREDEVIL Fits in the MCU and If He’ll Be an Avenger (Exclusive)

Charlie Cox is back as Daredevil for the new Disney+ series ‘Daredevil: Born Again.’ He dished with ‘Extra’s’ Katie Krause at D23 Expo 2022 about reprising the role and his ‘She Hulk’ appearance, revealing he’d love to have Tatiana Maslany on ‘Daredevil.’ Charlie also spoke about if he sees Matt Murdock joining the Avengers.

From 39 episodes in 3 seasons and a 8 episodes in a miniseries to radio silence for almost 5 years to now have cameoed in a Spider-man movie and appearing in She-Hulk, Echo, voice him in a Spidey cartoon and then get his own show again with 18 episodes. I love it and I'm so proud for Charlie

It's kind of confusing how they're now saying Daredevil is "finally" part of the MCU. The Netflix show constantly hinted at the existence of Thor, Iron Man, the events that happened in other Marvel movies. I always saw the Netflix shows as their own corner of the universe. Even had their own team up series with The Defenders. Be a shame to just disregard all of that history. However, that being said, I'm still super pumped for this show, so glad Charlie and Vince are back. Very curious to see what direction they take it this time.
