Daredevil should have been on team Cap in the place of Hawkeye. After Age of Ultron we were left with the impression that he would be left alone, at least for a little while.

Really hoping the TV characters at least get a mention in Civil War, mentioning something like the Punisher's rampage in Daredevil wold really suit the "Vigiantes need to be kept in check" conflict the movie seems to be going for.

I think if he did hed be on caps side, his character and other like iron fist and luke cage would represent the smaller street heroes in the film fighting back against the government, like patriot and the rest of the young avengers in the story, could be cool.

It'd be kinda dumb for him not to be in it, I mean when cap and iron mans team throw it down, it would feel outta place for him to just stay in Hell's Kitchen knowing all that is happening

It be really cool if they're doing the superhuman registration act in Cap Civil War (who knows) if they say "what about the devil of Hells Kitchen?" or something like that, just a reference. Or if what I've heard is true and Cap has his own team of Avengers would be cool if it's Falcon, Winter Soldier and Daredevil and Black Widow.

Besides Anthony Mackie said he would love to be in Age of Ultron but never got a call, yet he is listed in the credits for the new film so perhaps it's the same with Charlie Cox for Civil War??

Funnily enough it isn't Matt Murdock in the Daredevil costume in Civil War but Danny Rand filling in for Murdock (who was in prison I believe).
