Charlie really knows his stuff. A lot of people are only interested in the popular Daredevil runs like Born Again that makes headline news purely because the storylines are dark, but there are tons of famous stories of Matt Murdock being happy and optimistic too. For example, the Mark Waid run, which still remains really memorable to me even now, a whole decade later. Heck, I can remember it far more clearly than the Bendis' Daredevil and Quesada's Marvel Knights run.

I get this weird feeling the fourth Spidey film could be a Spidey and Daredevil team up, since every MCU Spidey film has had a major hero have a supporting role ie Stark, Fury and Strange. I think the fourth Spidey could go back to neighborhood/street level stuff with DD. I don't foresee Spidey being lent to a tv project like DD as the She-Hulk writers confirmed that they couldn't use Spidey.

I’m as worried as everyone that the mcu might ruin daredevil BUT just hearing Charlie speak about it and his character gives me enough comfort and reassurance that I can put my absolute trust in him, man’s read the comics and there’s few people more passionate about dd than him so I think he knows not to let them do anything that might ruin the character or stray from the source material and fans’ expectations. Hats off for Charlie Cox everyone

That Mark Waid Chris Samnee run had Daredevil living his best life and it was amazing plus won Eisner awards, so a light hearted Daredevil can also definitely work.
