At ReDriven, we’ll be taking you through the pros and cons of a huge range of used cars to see how well they’re going now that they’re a few years old, have thousands of kilometres on the clock, and are coming toward the end of their warranty, or maybe don’t have one at all.

Plus, thanks to our resident mechanic, Jim, you’ll find out what commonly goes wrong with them and what might need to be fixed.

Most importantly, we want to make ReDriven a voice for the most in-the-know used car experts there are...you guys.. See, you’re the ones that actually buy, live with, love and sometimes unfortunately hate the cars we’ll be reviewing.

So we want to hear your thoughts. Hit us up in the comments, or on Instagram and Facebook.

We’d love nothing more than for you to give us as much feedback as possible, so we can make this channel the best it can be.

I’ve had a dual fuelled Pajero for twenty years and I can’t really fault it.

Glad the Mitsubishi Pajero got a good mention. It’s just a dam good car. Hoping all tho there is talk Mitsubishi do bring this beast back to Australia. I can never understand a lot of reviewers who seem to be supervised when they review Mitsubishi cars of any type and say they are a great buy, best in class, so reliable, great motors, do what you want it to do, and they go on. This is probably why there are still so many current and old Mitsubishi cars on our roads. They’re just great cars.

A mate of mine just paid 17k for a Lexus rx350 and it’s stunning.

2012 ST Patrol here. Love it. Only suggestion i have is, 2007 was when they went from direct injection to Common Rail and that is reportedly when they became more reliable.

Yeah, go the Paj!! I got a 2012 Pajero Platinum II manual with 110K, it has never missed a beat and goes everywhere the other "proper 4wd's" go (and some places they cant 🤭)... Love that car!!

I had a 2010 platinum version Pajero had one recall to fit a larger earth strap, had it for near 10 years now my son owns it and not once did it let us down where as my friends had the Prado and in the same time they had well over 7 recalls and were under powered. The most surprising car we have ever owned, we had Toyotas and they all needed far more repairs than people ever tell.

I’ve got a 2017 nx Pajero with only 60k on the clock. I’ll probably be keeping it till they stop making diesel. It’s only the small fuel tank that stops it being perfect for me

I've got a 2000 NM Paj, the suspension and chasis components are pretty much unchanged for the entire remaining life of the vehicle so the aftermarket is as big a LC/Patrol/Prados

Can you do a review of a Mitsubishi Outlander. I haven’t met an unhappy owner yet.

Yes it's a soft roader but Ford Territory is one of the best i have owned . I6 barra is a juice . Even for offroad action lot of aftermarket options for it . Underrated but a champion

Great list, just one question, is the legendary Holden Adventra classified as an SUV or just an AWD raised wagon?

For an all rounder I'd personally go for a 2005 and above 120 Prado GXL in Petrol with good service hostory, (find the leathers just get destroyed by this stage), klugers would come a close second if towing and offroading not required

I pretty much picked the cars that'd be on this list even though i didn't put them in the previous video lol. Kinda suprised that Lexus got left of the list this time but thems the breaks I guess

I don't know if you'll be doing a luxury/sporty/spicy cars for under $20k video next week or not so I'm going to hang off on putting suggestions for them up lol.

Good video guys and look forward to Friday's review 👍

Wish these had back seats that they are actually comfortable and suitable for tall people. Tried the Prado 120/150 and Pajero (from NP onwards they are basically the same) and they just don’t cut it. Sat in a LC200 and at 6’2” my head rests on the sunroof. Couldn’t afford that lump anyway.

Tbh. There aren’t many cars that manage this in any class. The Skoda Superb would do it but won’t go off road.

2008 Montero with auto and 3.8 V6. Just purchased in Mexico, it's in mint condition with low mileage (114, 000km). Loving every aspect of this amazingly capable Mitzi.
