I'll never forget the first day. Lucas was immediately right up in there having fun and looked like a natural fit. Savanah was clearly shy and nervous and the way the girls took care of her was so beautiful. I believe were it not for that she might have had a very difficult time. You can tell she really loves the heck out of everyone. I also thought it was special that he confided in Alex that first day. Fitting because Alex is pretty much the leader and somewhat caretaker of his sibblings.

I noticed how comfortable and relaxed Savannah and Lucas seem in this video. It's almost like a weight was lifted off their shoulders when they finally became Pettits. Congratulations to all of you and God bless!

I think Savannah would be a FANTASTIC nurse. She’s so straight forward and takes no shit for anyone. I could definitely see her being a trauma or emergency room nurse.
