I try to upgrade 5.6.35 to php 8. not worked???
I tried restart apahce and get error

check for error logs, it says no error log file, it says I can create log file, I choose yes and restart again, error log file is empty. I look windows event viever, see nothing.

It's not working for me, I mean when I check php -p in the php folder it's downgraded to 7.1.3 but when I check php -v in root location it's still the same 8.1
Please help me with this
