He is well-known in the industry as Mountain Dog.

How I keep training enjoyable?
1. 8 week programmes starting at about 95% of what you're capable of on all exercises and with incremental progressions so that weeks 5-8 are new PRs every week
2. A full week of intuitive, unstructured training before the next block

Wow, this video is really apt, I'm literally an example of most of the things that are talked about in this video: 'the regimented, stuck trying to constantly achieve progressive overload on my workout routine (with all the same exercises every time 😔), making sure I'm getting in around four meals a day spaced out between 3-4 hours, cutting off time with friends and even family to an extent. I've loved getting into fitness but yet with the body dysmorphia aside, it's so hard to see any progress, been in this for a year and I feel I'm taking this all way to seriously for someone who isn't even competing (due to lots of excess skin) and just wanting to build a better body for myself.

If anyone is going through similar to me which I'm sure you are, please don't be afraid to experiment, enjoy life, it's limited and we can have balance throughout it, but we live on borrowed time and I'm sure Mr. Meadows would want health, longevity and time spent with the ones we love above strict, militant fitness regimes and lifestyles.

What John said about being married to progressive overload is super important! The muscle doesn’t care about how much weight you use. Even if you don’t PR on anything you can still stimulate adaptations for strength and hypertrophy!
