Some people act like it's too much of a departure from Frostpunk 1 but genuinely I don't know if I would have played this game at all if it was too similar. I think the changes made to it do a great job at reflecting how society views expansion and the insufficient means to supply ambition, just as well as Frostpunk 1 did a great job at reflecting how a small shantytown viewed the simple prospect of survival. I think a lot of the changes in this game were needed and I think it did a great job

I didn't quite get the idea behind 8/10. He sounded like he'd give it a 9/10. What was lacking for 2 point deduction here besides convoluted overworld UI? Surely that's not a basis for 2 points?

I dont understand how people enjoy the sandbox mode which runs for unlimited time. What is the motivation to play a game that never ends. Frostpunk 1 had very less campaigns and I hope they add more in Frostpunk 2. Maybe release few more dlc for that first part also.

Idk, seems like they shoved in too many new mechanics into it. Frostpunk was about gathering resources and survival, this looks like the US congress simulator
