It's just a matter of cross multiplication, simple as that without memorizing any famous acronyms & doing any flipping such that numerator on 1st fraction multiply it by the denominator on 2nd fraction then multiply the 2nd numerator by the 1st denominator, that's it! 2x3=6 over 7x5=35, so 6/35

I learned this in 5th grade, what she did was find the reciprocal and multiply the what she divided by the new found reciprocal dividend to get the quotient.

An easy way is by multiplying the left numerator by the right denominator, which that number is your numerator now, and multiply the right numerator by the left denominator, which gives you your denominator.
