John 17 - Skip Heitzig

Jesus' ministry began, continued, and ended in prayer. John 17 records Jesus' one-on-one communication with His Father about Himself, His disciples, and us. In this teaching, we learn just how important prayer was to Jesus and how it should be the same in our own lives.

I wasn't there during her hour, and I will no longer let that grieve me.I was on my knees praying, and YOU were with her; already praying. I'm in awe of YOU. God is in us so we are like him. We carry God With Us Always. He he is there he will never leave us we are his children we are his flock. If we pray no matter where we are he hears us. We are one with him. No matter if we're in church or not. It's good to be in church though because you feel his Spirit more intensely.

I'm watching, listening, reading my Bible with you. Here's a thought on verses 17 and 18.... He took us from the world, gave us Gods word, put us back into the world.... Why?.... Another way to explain it... A teacher gives a math assignment, you have a chance to do it, you struggle.... But the the teacher teaches you how to do Then gives you that assignment again. This time you have a better understanding and can make better choices and the assignment is easier. Maybe?
