7th Grade Math 7.3a, Modeling and Solving Two-Step Inequalities

Показать описание
We can solve two-step inequalities by using algebra tiles. This method is similar to the one we used in lesson 6.3a (linked below) to solve two-step equations. Check the JoAnn's School YouTube Community post, or Facebook post, for algebra tiles to copy, paste, print. We can also draw them quickly. Remember we need to perform the same operation to both sides of the inequality symbol. We show each step of modeling and solving a two-step inequality with algebra tiles. We also show how to model and solve a two-step inequality by quickly drawing tiles on a mat.
