Trying to know if you're bisexual or pansexual can be hard. You're constantly questioning your sexuality and wondering "does this make me bisexual" or "am I more pansexual?" it's a never-ending process of typing "how to know if you're bisexual" or "how to know if you're pansexual" into your search and discovering "wow I still don't know!"

for everyone understanding their sexuality and learning about bisexuality and pansexuality can be different. for some they might already know that they're different and a part of the lgbtq+ community. And for others... it might take awhile to fully come to terms with their sexuality.

I hope that through my videos I can help you you guys learn the what is the difference between bisexual and pansexual... and maybe help you in knowing whether you should label yourself pansexual or bisexual or if you even need a label at all... I truly hope that we can learn a little about ourselves along the way.

What Pansexual REALLY means...

simply put... 

a bisexual person is someone who is attracted to MULTIPLE genders 
(example : men & women, men & nonbinary people, women & nonbinary people, etc.) 

and a pansexual is a person attracted to ALL genders (men, women, nonbinary people, etc.)

you can still identify as bisexual and say "I am attracted to ALL genders" because bisexuality means "attracted to multiple genders" and ALL is included in that multiple BUT you could also label yourself pansexual. Either works!

It can be quite confusing and it will take some time, but in the end your label is FOR YOU.
so find what makes you feel most comfortable and USE IT.

I've known I'm Bi for a couple years now, but recently found myself being super attracted to trans and nonbinary people too, and that began to confuse me, especially since i didn't really understand what Pansexualty was and how it was different from Bi (google searches didn't help)
So now I know that I'm attracted to all people regardless of sex and gender! That's such an awesome thing and makes me so happy! And with my new understanding of Pan, I still now choose to go by tge label of Bisexual, because that's the sexuality that i feel the most connection with! I could see myself gravitating towards the Pansexual label in thw future, but that's ok because i still have more self exploring to do :) <3

Tysm. I define as a bisexual but I was questioning the possibility of being pansexual. I feel as if I could be attracted to any gender but I feel most comfortable sticking to men and women, so this video was very helpful to just clarify the differences and what it means to be bi/pan.

Always struggled with sexuality, grew up in a very homophobic environment and unfortunately havent been able to escape it yet but I have found a great friend from a different city and was able to come out to her and talk to her about not knowing if im bi or pan, and she was more than supportive.

It feels amazing to finally let it out to someone who will validate you and accept you. I have yet to come out to anyone else but it will happen in due time

As a young teen I started to come to terms with being drawn to more than just the opposite sex aesthetically and emotionally, but ended up getting distracted on another exploration that made me realise I was ace, and spent the last few years being comfortable with that, still am. But now with some closure to my sexual attraction, I still have no idea whether I'm bi/pan/aromantic, and worry that mental health and self limiting boundaries are what's keeping me from exploring it.
