Vegan Tikka Masala Sauce Recipe to prepare any tikka masala recipe such as tofu tikka masala (but can be used with meat too, just saying...).

Do you like Indian Food? With this Tikka Masala Sauce, you can make your own Chicken Tikka Masala easily from scratch within minutes. The sauce will save you time and it comes together really quickly with a blender. Then you can just add chicken, shrimp or tofu to the sauce while heating it up and your Indian dinner is ready. The sauce itself is freezer friendly too so you can freeze the sauce in batches and just heat it up again to make your delicious homemade Indian Curry. This Tikka Masala Sauce is also vegan and low carb, so you can make a plant based meatless tikka masala dish with tofu or vegetables.

1 cup Cashews whole
1 large Onion
2 medium Tomato
1 Tablespoon Ginger + Garlic *see Notes
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Ground
½ Teaspoon Red Chili Pepper or Cayenne, ground
1 Teaspoon Cumin ground ground
1 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds ground
¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper ground
¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon or Cassia, ground

I tried this but without the pepper and chilli and added salt at the end while cooking, it was delicious, could even pass for korma sauce

Is it possible to remove the cashew? I have allergies in any nuts, is this will effect the authentic flavor of masala sauce?

I was thinking what to do with all the left over turkey after Thanksgiving and just thought why not make turkey Masala instead of chicken. Never have made a masala sauce before.

I couldn't buy the pre mixed garam Masala bc they contain sugar and I'm cooking for people who are cutting it out of diet. So had to make it from scratch and saw this one didn't contain sugar. I made it with a side of cauliflower rice to make it keto.

Long story short it was good 😆. I doubled the recipe and bc we he had a lot of turkey, was cooking for 2 others as well. Have 1 serving of turkey masala left over and had a little sauce left I didn't use.

Thats not ticka sauce at all iv bin cooking asian cuisine for 7 years iv seen how thay do tick sauce some call it magic sauce i aint surgesting this woodent find a home in some disis but thats not ticka sauce

indian food rarely uses its actually called paneer a type of cheese. like cottage cheese but its not tofu!!
