Tender chicken marinated and baked in a spicy yogurt dressing before being tossed through a rich tomato sauce with cashew cream and coriander. So full of flavour, this popular Indian dish tastes better than anything from the local takeaway.

This is a great recipe! I cooked this for several people and they loved it. But with recipes that are so long with so many ingredients it would be really helpful to have a summary and a shopping list somewhere. Like I had to watch it 6 times and write down everything in order to be able to cook this dish...

This looks really doable, and I already have most of the spices - just one question: how differend do black and green cardamom taste? I wasn't even aware there were differenent types

The myriad of spices that go into an Indian curry. and the multitude of permutations that result, have always been an enigma to me. Thank you for shedding light on this highly complex cuisine! I'll be sure to keep my eyes peeled and attempt your recipes some time.

I just tried the recipe today and my SO loves it! I am glad I got to try this recipe out. Keep the cooking videos coming!

Note: you could have probably mention how long it takes for the onion and tomato to turn into a brown paste. Didn't expect that at all.

Did this recipe today but a vegetarian version (marinaded some cauliflower steaks instead of chicken breasts) it was one of the tastiest curries I’ve had and the healthiest. Leaving the tomatoes cook gives such a rich savoury flavour. I always trust Chetna’s recipes and this is one of my favourites of hers. Thank you Chetna
