Thanks for the helpful video. I have the same problem as just asked bellow where I do not understand the reply. CAN YOU PLEASE CLARIFY ? Can we recover a partition in a way that files and folders will be recovered? I mean, will the recovered files be restored in original folders that will be recoverd too ? Or will I get just a chaotic mess of files ? I lost thousands of files in folders and the recovery without folders would not help that much. Thank you for your reply

My mom has a problem with PC on her job, she lost most of the data. She`s a person who has little understanding of computers, she needs something easy and good working. Simply put, I was looking for the best data recovery software. We tried Disk Drill, it seemed to be simple. And it is. My mom intuitively understood how to use the program. It's difficult for the older generation, you may know.
PC is ok, data is recovered, mom feels like a programmer, haha) She asked if I can show “a bit more tricks” with her old PC))

I have 62gb to recover from my hard drive. I downloaded Disk Drill and it scanned all my files. I did not view them though. It says that only 500mb storage is free so I had to upgrade. So i paid the fee. Tried viewing my files but i keep getting error warnings saying i am using the same drive location. That I have to be careful of the location that i am saving them to because they might overwrite. So I changed it. Click view and all it shows me are recent files from 2021. I am trying to recover important files going back to 2008-2015. I don't know if I am doing anything wrong. I begrudge paying for a service I am not getting.

Hi, thanks for the video. I have a question. My harddisk does not boot anymore (not spinning) cause of a motherbordfailure. I have a second exactly the same harddisk that is working fine so I put that motherboard to the not spinning harddisk and yes that is working. The harddisk is spinning again however in the BIOS it is not showing so I can not recover my files from that disk.

What is the best way to proceed and which program to use?
