Im only 120 seconds into this video and genuinely surprised this video doesn’t have more views and likes. A short vid, straight to the point that’s relatable. I appreciate the point you mentioned about needing to see faces. Makes me see even more why covid has messed with so many’a mental health

I feel like identifying with a chronotype is damaging, especially when most of the people claiming to be “night owls” are just chronically on their phone during late hours, and never “stack the big 4”.
