How deep did you go with the concrete footing you installed, does KC have a frost zone? If so, are you concerned with movement throughout the seasons?

Can you please show me a video of floor joists rotted by water and the beam every thing ties to is rotten also. I’ve paid 2 contractors a total of 4000 dollars and this is what I have left to do on my own. My husband passed and I bought a house in Osage city and was told by the seller that the floor only needed support. That wasn’t the case and now after all that has happened I don’t know what or how to do this but I guess I’m on my own

you could install a top plate and bottom plate, jack it up then stud it out.
