I don't how many lives he's lived but he has this very authentic way of acting that makes you feel like you're watching a real person's life. From a poor dude living on the southside of Chicago with his dysfunctional family to a Chicago chef, he nails it every time.

My brother passed 3 years ago and he would have LOVED The Bear. I wanted to talk to him about this show the entire time I was watching it. It hit really close to home and I actually finished it on the anniversary of his passing. It was a great watch experience and I’ll revisit it more than once for sure.

This show is 100% authentic. I was a chef and the show hits some of the PTSD that we all have. This is especially true of his flashbacks. The amount of fear of a head chef and the pschological abuse freaked me out.

This actor completely captivated me me when I watched Shameless. It was so authentic feeling. When you can get lost in a movie or a series and forget your watching an actor, it's the best. Love that Seth allows his guests to actually tell a story and fully answer his questions, lots of hosts always cut off their guests and you can tell how rushed they feel. The energy is just very calm and feels like an actual conversational interview, instead of some increased energetic spinball of an interview
