The double 32s are no joke. Trying to go 10 sets of Armor Building Complex from 28s to 32s was a big eye opener

So glad to see the stance adjust for the squat! I have been "worried" that I might be doing this routine incorrectly with a similar adjustment for the squat. (I just recently changed from the single bell version to the double bell version)

I just performed 20 minutes with dbl 32’s. Only did 11 sets but felt good. Thanks for the program Brett!

This is my biggest issue with kettlebells. That is 1 squat with the same weight as 1 press. Our lower bodies should be doing alot more than our upper. Which is the reason for underdeveloped legs in so many kb users
