Great demonstration. Super solid technique. Beautiful back swing in particular, so naturally timed from drop. I like to do the negative phase of the press more strict. Transformative really sums it up

Thanks for this. Doubles for me are like starting over which probably means my single technique was a little shabby. I think it is the wider stance and fear of removing part of my knee! Shoulder pack also much more difficult, but it's early days. KBs finally starting to be available to purchase again! Great news! I'm sure I read in a comment of another post that you are hoping to release a new online course in November. Is that still the case?
