So... is Phorcys worth it?

Phorcys is the new Dark hero in Idle Heroes who came out this Christmas. Let's take a look at how I think he will interact with the meta.

So I took the bait and used 1900 scrolls to get an E5 Phorcys, and after a few days of testing here are my personal observations. In flame shrine and broken spaces, he is a vast improvement over Tix. I noticed massive damage increases in the void as well. In pvp he is very good with energy and a speed build because Phorcys can hit faster than Carrie, especially with a Rogan on your team.
Overall I would say 8.5/10, a very good hero but at this moment not quite meta defining.

Mk you forgot that Phorcys potentially can be very good at later rounds cause of Soul Corruption.

Phorycs is based off and SCP named the cowbell, its a norml cowbell at first but when you ring it, you will be stalked by this bull-skull like creature for the rest of your life

Mkx, I should have watched your video before spending all my scrolls to get Phorcys. I’m only a casual player. As my sixth hero E5 hero I have the choice between Amen Ra, Phorcys or Kroos. First I was gonna go for Phorcys but as there are not a lot of e5 Russell’s at my level, I’m starting to doubt...

I can swap for 5 copies of Phorcys, and my server meta is Rogan heavy with about 15 people having Xia or Queen. Question is, would a 10* Phorcys be enough right now so I can save my 1500 scrolls for CNY?

Short answer - Phorcys should only be used by the top 1% on each server to further dominate the PvP scene. If you consider yourself a casual player with no ambition to dump thusands of dollars on the game, dont waste your scrolls. :)

I would just build a tix. Tix is basically better than him in any other situation without a rogan.

Edit: forgot phorcys can kill russells in the air. Welp, he's good in pvp and that's about it. Maybe in vortex as well.
