I've been reading your comments and have seen so many of you ask for an arm workout so here is a pretty tough video for you to try. If you don't have weights you can use anything that will be slightly heavy in your hand, a water bottle will be perfect for you to use! Make sure you use the 10 second rest between each exercise and try to stick it our until the end to really get the most out of the workout..

I am totally feeling the burn. doing round 3 of tricep dips nearly killed me but I am still there and doing a full body dance workout.

How do you make everything look so easy??? I love your workouts because unlike alot of other WO videos they're actually doable for someone who's not already super in shape.
