I have tried this recipe today. It came out beautiful. The soup tasted like 5 star restaurant. I used milk instead of cream. Btw, you will have to use more than 10 big mushrooms to prepare for 2 or more people as mushrooms shrunk considerably while cooking

I tried using atta instead of maida n came out gorgeous...this on YouTube is one of most healthiest recepie that retains all the nutrients in mushroom..n maida as I said can anyday be replaced with half a teaspoon of atta...thank you❤️

I have tried this soup twice and it has been such a huge hit with my family. Grinding only half quantity mushrooms is interesting because the whole mushrooms add such a nice touch while eating.
