I just got mine out 6 hours ago and they sent me home after an hour and a half after waking up. Mine wasn’t a buildup it was a sudden over a hours nauseated pain was for all of it mine was about to bust and they said of I slept through the night and it had ruptured I could have died but I’m fine now :)

Idk if it's at appendix but the lower right of my abdomen hurts whenever I cough
