Jeffrey Mishlove - A Few Amazing After-Death Communications

New Thinking Allowed host, Jeffrey Mishlove, PhD, is author of The Roots of Consciousness, Psi Development Systems, and The PK Man. Between 1986 and 2002 he hosted and co-produced the original Thinking Allowed public television series. He is the recipient of the only doctoral diploma in “parapsychology” ever awarded by an accredited university, The University of California, Berkeley, 1980.

Dr Mishlove is a past-vice-president of the Association for Humanistic Psychology; and is the recipient of the Pathfinder Award from that association for his contributions to the field of consciousness exploration. He is also past-president of the non-profit Intuition Network, an organization dedicated to creating a world in which all people are encouraged to cultivate and apply their inner, intuitive abilities.

What is an NDE?
A near-death experience (NDE) is typically a profound, life changing, intensely emotional experience that usually occurs during a clinical crisis and has common characteristics and aftereffects. It is not a dream, hallucination, or mental illness (Greyson, 1983). There are no predictive variables to identify who will have an NDE. They happen to people of all ages, religions, socio-economic groups, cultures, educational backgrounds, and belief systems. They occur under a variety of circumstances such as accidents, near-drownings, illnesses, combat, surgical procedures, and childbirth. Following an NDE, experiencers (NDErs) often display some common aftereffects. Research has established a set of common NDE characteristics and long-term aftereffects. Theories used to explain near-death experiences in purely physical terms have been proven inadequate by NDE researchers and others.

I have always been open to the realities of NDEs and ADCs. My 52 year old son died of brain cancer on August 27, 2023.
My story: In the afterlife my son knew I was receptive to ADCs. Since his death he has contacted me five times. I expect more contacts. The first two contacts were dream messages. Then two more involving animal communications to me. Then yesterday an apparition in the clear blue sky, which was witnessed by two others. These five ADCs were sequential and tell an amazing story. I expect more because we have an open line of communications now. I could write all day with more details, but not now. ADCs and NDEs are very real.

…my beautiful husband and I had a great communication when he was still with us….it didn’t stop with his passing….we still are connected and we always will be!!!!

my youngest son had a good friend in college that got killed in a car accident. They would be among the first to show up early in the morning for track practice and would chat and became friends.

A few weeks after the death he had a visitation dream where he and the young man are standing at the track field, the only ones there. The young man tells my son that he is fine now and basically said things to put my son at ease.

That dream was indeed very helpful for him to deal with the passing of that friend.

I pray that the young man's parents might have received something of like nature in the midst of their grief.

My mother visited me through a dream after her death. It was very real. Then one day my dad and step mother, who is wonderful, were painting their hallway. I stopped in my tracks, it was their hallway where my mother visited me at. I never realized this till all the pictures and everything was down. Wow

I wish my sister would communicate with me. None of my loved ones have. She recently committed suicide being in chronic pain for over 30 years. We were the closest out of six. Me being the youngest, she two yrs older than me. I never got to see her one last time. I am so devastated looking for answers. I do not have a strong faith...more of an agnostic...always questioning. I need something to help me get through this and truly understand what happens after we're gone 😢.

Love this talk, only wish it was longer! Years ago I had my own divine visitation from the other side. Whether it's an angel like the angel Gabriel that appeared to Mary to inform her of what was to come, or a deceased loved one like in your examples here, it's comforting to know that heaven interacts with us and helps us along when we are sent on a mission whether personal or for a broader purpose. I guess in the end though since everything and everyone is interconnected it's all for a broader purpose. Thank you for all that you share!!

Beautiful. I wish I had these kind of interactions regarding my purpose in life. I would actually come back in another life knowingly I was going to help and impact people in a beautiful, loving way. I have regrets.

I have had a little bit of a good range of experiences, but it is all beyond my comprehension is all I know for sure.
