This morning, I was thinking about finding a video to learn about the chakras. Tonight, as I was about to start looking, I find this video just posted.

I didn't know what a chakra was when my heart charka erupted at 18yrs old. A piercing, flowing, pulsing light. Tremendous joy and sorrow at the same time...and a feeling of LOVE that is beyond this realm. Lasted for several minutes. It put me on a path...4 years later I had a spontaneous mystical experience: the piercing, flowing, pulsing light was back...only it felt like the top of my head opened up...the light pulsed faster and faster until it was a constant stream of light...total ecstasy. Lasted for several minutes until the constant stream of light started pulsing again....slower and slower until it stopped and became a constant glowing sensation which I still have to this day. Later I discovered the eastern religions that explained it and it seems my crown chakra opened and my 3rd eye as well....my crown chakra closed after a few minutes, but it left my 3rd eye permanently open...it glows...not a light I see...I FEEL it inside my head and my brow....glowing....all the time....if I concentrate I can make it glow stronger.

Thank you. My awakening was a hard realization and, at first, difficult to navigate.
The exercise of the heart from heights to the depths repeating until the lower connections to fear, guilt, shame, pride, etc. Compassion remains, beholding, no desire for holding for old self-interest.
I'm learning how to manage the Chakras energy balance.

One interesting thing he said at the end, that Earth is a place that is highly desirable to incarnate on, perhaps because some things can only be worked out here.

Our every trial may be a doorway out of that type of trial for good, you may be passing your trials so well and not even know it. Things not being as they seem to appear.
