Good video. I’ve had my 2023 model 2025R for a year now, 100 hrs on it. I’m in western UP Mich (Gogebic county) with mostly wooded acreage. Loader, backhoe, box blade & forks. No mower as I don’t have enough open lawn space for it. The tractor has done everything I’ve asked of it. As for storage / tool carry, you have to create your own. In your back end 2” receiver hitch you can plug in a car type hitch carrier platform & stack milk crates, etc. on it for tools, chains, etc.

Just subscribed 😀. Couple corrections. Flow rate on the 2025R is 7.0gpm vs 6.3 on 1025r. Lift capacity is also greater than the 2025r due to the stock hydraulic pressure being slightly higher from the factory. The rear axle is rated for more weight too. Overall, I believe the 2025R is more tractor. If you do any modifications to both tractors, the 2025r is going to continue to be more tractor. Longer, longer wheelbase, higher ground clearance and heavier, even if marginally. It’s basically the 1025r+. The only people who hate these facts are 1025r owners.

I am surprised you went with the 54D versus 60D. You have about 18 more acres than me and I went with the 60D.

Anyway, I did the hydros-plus 3rd stage Hydro pump, lift&curl cylinders on loader and boom and curl cylinder on the backhoe. Certainly ups its game. Being a paid off 2020 I wouldn’t change a thing. Now, if I was looking today, the story would maybe be different. I drove to 3 different tractors and they all had the same sticky controls. Something about weight or pressures on them versus not. Think of it like a year shift on a car and shifting without the clutch.

Same model year, just crossed over 140 hrs of all-season usage, agree 100% it just does everything. I bet I have as many hours on the pallet forks as I do the mower deck! For the rear hitch, I bolted on a HF "3500 lb. Step Bumper Receiver" and its awesome for swapping in a ball hitch adaptor.

Nice review and property! The rear axle is rated higher on 2025r vs 1025r, seems like it's a bigger axle.

Good day sir, you can adjust the shifter so that it is smoother, there is a video on you tube that shows how to do it. Also I have a 2019 2025 R. I have 2000 hrs on it and have no complaints.😊
