Just to resfresh the memories: all the squares between the king and the rook you intend to use for castling need to be empty. And you cannot castle if...

1) You already have moved your king
2) You already have moved the rook you intend to use for castling
3) Your king is checked
4) There's any enemy piece threatening a square your king needs to pass through or end up in order to castle.

At the end, after the illegal move, Pragg makes a 2nd one, as he moved the Rook instead of the King. If he illegally castled, the next move is supposed to be with the King. 2 illegal moves = lost. Mediocrity is the word that defines the arbiters involved.

I thought capturing with king is illegal but later i understood that CASTLING is at fault. After moving the coins CASTLING is illegal.
