My granddad was a gifted young men. But the communists in Romania wouldn't let him enter university or other higher education cause my great-greatgrandfather had some money (but the communist took all of that from him too). And the rule was "less fortunate" have to be pushed up the ladder, regardless of their intelligence. So you'll never have to fear a thinking and critical opposition. My granddad died in his mid 50s mentally and physically f'd up by alcohol cause he couldn't be free in a communist state. Communism is dangerous and absolutely bollocks. Communal spirit is different. Be involved with and care for your direct surroundings and your neighbours but don't confuse it with communism
