Tool Tip: Easily smooth out your edges on your 3D Prints!

I use a deburring tool to quickly and easily smooth out the edges on my 3D prints, especially if I need to print with a brim! Just remember, don’t be afraid to use some force!

Was helping out at a 3D printing clinic and someone handed me a deburring tool for the first time and holy cow was it a game-changer for my prints. Can't live without it now. They're cheap enough I have one by each printer so I don't have to go hunting for it

A long while back you showed a little "Memory Board" .You could stick in filament and make a design, and bake it. U said it comes in different sizes. I have been looking for them through every printer I could find. Noone knew what I was talking about. Do you have any that you could make and sell???? Thank you

@filamentstories Do I get bonus points for just buying the blades and printing my own handle? 😄

I don't want to be mean, it's just constructive criticism. You are supposed to pull on that tool, not push. The way you did it in the video is quite dangerous. Once the tool comes off the part you have very little control on the tip and might end up cutting your other hand.
When you pull, you keep your thumb on the part for leverage and you have a lot better control.
I'm a CNC machinist and have been using them for many years.

Hey, this looks great for mini figures, too. Or like cleaning up small sculptures

Using it to clean up an outside edge will eventually get you to slice yourself wide open... be extremely careful
