A more detailed approach:

-Combine your hands like covering a pingpong ball inside.

-Don't clasp your hand too much, just relax, as long as no air will escape between your fingers (except between the two thumb) then it's fine. Try washing your hands if you have this problem.

-The only entrance and exit of the air is between your two thumb.

-Do not cover the entire hole with your lips, you will blow to the knuckles of the thumb downwards and the air should escape just below the space where you're blowing.

-Blow. Don't whistle, just blow.

THE THING THAT MADE ME DO IT IS TO CHANGE POSITION SLOWLY AND RANDOMLY FROM 30° to 100° then finding the good spot and blowing very slightly, i know it's agaisn't your instinct but blow slighlty

Tips: blow down and put ur bottom lip right on the joint of the thumb (bone) and blow hard
