1. First, draw back your lips over your teeth so that they're fully covered.

2. Then form an "A" with the index and middle fingers on both of your hands.

3. Now use your fingers to point the tip of your tongue upward, pushing it back ever so slightly.

4. Finally, blow air through the gap between your fingers, making sure that no air is coming out from the sides.

It took me a week and i finally did it. Trust me guys just keep practicing and YOU will do it (as long as you are following the instructions). Whilst practicing move your fingers a bit to and experiment

I learned how to do this about 40 years ago. It’s kind of like riding a bike. Once you learn it stays with you. I don’t usually whistle with my fingers that often but it sure comes in handy when I need to get someone’s attention. I had to do it inside an airport once and after I whistled people were surprised that a middle-aged woman could whistle like that!
