What many of you might not know is that the shark is an accomplished human researcher in her community…

I respect the fact that she knows a lot, but I hope she also understands the shark does not think they are BFFs. 🦈🦈🦈

I’ve known this shark for 20 years and it still tried to eat me 😂

shocker: she’s not a marine biologist. she has no peer reviewed papers and has not contributed to the scientific body of research for sharks in any way that is collaborative or part of the scientific community.

Yes she’s a professional and so was Steve Irwin who died. these are wild animals. She wants to do risky activities then she better expect accidents do happen.

You studying the shark, shark studying you.

She is in denial. Simon Nellist was bit in half by a shark in Sydney last year. Please don’t risk your life for anything. Safety first.

Won't be surprised if she gets eaten one day. Caution around animals is always advised.

Ok. So she did technically study marine biology but she's not a marine biologist. She has a master's in Ethology. She's a diving instructor, conservationist, model and whatever. But no, she's not a marine biologist.

Remember Steve Irwin?

They don't want to eat you, until they DO

"They dont want to eat you".... but they just did! In June 2023, twenty three year old Vladimir Popov, in the Red Sea. Can somebody please explain that?

How is no one talking about the fact that she’s a marine biologist named “Ocean”?

Please stop calling her shark scientist! Please show me her certifications that says she's gone to University or show me research papers she has either written or co-written or just show me what her data is being used for. Beyond self marketing and making a ton of money, I have not seen one thing she's done that's actually science.

Not only heeding Steve Irwin, as most of the comments are saying, but remember Timothy Treadwell (aka Grizzly Man) who thought these dangerous animals were literally thinking feeling humans in a bear suit. It cost him his life.
