New York City high schools reopen after some have been closed for more than a year

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio tells CBS News there's no excuse to not offer in-person learning at this point. CBS News correspondent Meg Oliver spoke to one high school student who says she is, "looking forward to that joy of human connection" she was denied.
